Hello everyone! The past few weeks have been busy, but I did keep track of my exercise routine and eating habits and let me tell you. I had some good and bad days. I did not have any frozen coffee drinks I love so much, which is good, but…homemade pound cake with strawberries, crumb donuts, and blueberry bars found their way into my belly. (Not on the same day). I am eating smaller portions and realize I am not craving food as much as I was before. My weight is currently at 160, which is good it is not increasing.
I did not do the walking at work I wanted to, but I have been exercising at home. At least three times a week, I did these videos. One walking video gives me a mile walk, and then the second video help focuses on muscle tone. Every muscle in my body is usually on fire after these workouts but in a good way. I feel more energetic, and my stamina is better at work.
The past few days, I have been feeling a little icky, but it’s sinuses. I hate when I have these attacks. I will do well for a while; then it will creep up on me again. It wears my body down because I will get a headache that will last for days; the pressure sometimes feels as if my eyes will pop out of my face. It makes me grumpy and impatient. I cannot sleep at night, which of course, messes with my emotional and mental state. My intention today is to relax and try to get extra rest. Sometimes that helps. (Along with taking my sinus meds).
